Every rug leaves our warehouse in Morocco and arrives at your door, free of charge. We ship worldwide — including the US, UK, EU, Canada, Asia, Australia, and more. Don't see your country at checkout? Contact us and we'll make it work.

Production & Delivery

Made to Order

Each rug is handwoven just for you. Production takes 4–8 weeks depending on size, followed by 3–5 business days shipping.

Ready to Ship

In stock and leaving fast. Orders are processed within 2 business days and delivered in 3–5 business days after dispatch. Tracking provided immediately.

Carriers: DHL, FedEx, and UPS — fully tracked and insured, door to door.

Customs & Import Duties

United States

We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are covered by us. No surprise charges, no customs holds, nothing to pay on delivery. Your rug arrives fully cleared and fully insured.

Rest of the World

We ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties and local taxes may apply depending on your country. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer. Contact us before ordering if you'd like an estimate for your country.
