Refund policy
Returns
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@maisonnadia.art.
Important Note: Many of our products are made-to-order or customized. Return eligibility may vary depending on the nature of the product, as outlined below.
Return Process
1. Requesting a Return
Email us at support@maisonnadia.art with your order number and reason for return. If approved, you will receive return instructions and the appropriate return address.
2. Shipping the Return
Customers must use a carrier of their choice and provide their own shipping label with tracking. The tracking number must be shared with us once the return has been shipped.
Please Note:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Returns remain the customer's responsibility until received and inspected at our return facility.
- Items must be repackaged in original or equivalent protective packaging.
- Returns that arrive damaged due to improper packaging will not be accepted.
- Any return sent without prior approval will be refused.
International Returns: For international returns, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and return shipping fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refund Amount: Approved refunds are issued for the purchase amount, subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and refund or exchange processing.
Please Note:
- Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original transaction.
- Exchange rates applied at the time of refund may differ from those at the time of purchase.
- Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Custom or personalized products, except in cases of damage or defect.
- Exchanged items.
- Altered or used products.
Exceptions
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at support@maisonnadia.art so we can resolve the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, orders are considered final and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
